1. Who controls your data

Anawil Sangareeyakul, Thailand, is the data controller for Sun Terminal. Contact us on LINE at @sun-terminal.

2. What we collect

- Your email address, so we can sign you in and contact you

- Sign-in and session records, including how many devices are active

- Your subscription status and your Stripe customer reference

- Any portfolio holdings you choose to enter

- How many AI Analyst messages you have used today

- Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service

3. What we never collect

We never see or store your card number, bank account number or national ID number. Card details go directly to Stripe. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

- To provide the account and subscription you asked for — necessary to perform our contract with you

- To enforce the two-device limit and prevent account sharing and abuse — our legitimate interest

- To send LINE alerts — only where you have switched them on and given consent, which you can withdraw at any time

5. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run Sun Terminal: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Vercel and Upstash for hosting and storage, Anthropic for the AI Analyst, and the LINE Messaging API if you turn alerts on. Some of these providers are outside Thailand, so your data may be transferred abroad and protected by their own safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and legal obligations. Then we delete it.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Contact us on LINE at @sun-terminal. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

8. Cookies

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Age

Sun Terminal is not intended for anyone under 20 years old.
