1. Who we are

Sun Terminal (sun-terminal.org) is operated by Anawil Sangareeyakul, Thailand. You can contact us on LINE at @sun-terminal.

2. What Sun Terminal is

Sun Terminal is a market data display tool. It shows prices, ranges and probabilities that are derived from public market data, in Thai and English. It is a source of information only.

3. Not investment advice

Sun Terminal does not give investment advice. We are not registered or licensed with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand or any other regulator as an investment adviser, broker, dealer or fund manager. Nothing on this site is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any asset. The numbers we show describe what the market is currently pricing. They are not predictions and not a forecast of what will happen. All decisions you make are your own. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional.

4. Data

Our data comes from third-party sources, including options exchanges via Polygon, Thai gold prices via the Gold Traders Association feed, US economic data via FRED, company filings via SEC EDGAR, and prediction market data via Polymarket and Kalshi. Options data is delayed by at least 15 minutes. Probability ranges are calculated from market prices using standard published methods.

We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete or current. Third party feeds fail sometimes. When data is missing or a source fails, we show an honest "unavailable / ไม่พร้อมใช้งาน" state and name the source. We never show a guessed, estimated or stale number in place of real data.

5. Your account

Accounts use an email magic link. There is no password. You may be signed in on a maximum of two devices at once; signing in on a third device ends your oldest session. Your account is for you alone. Do not share it or resell access. You are responsible for the security of your email inbox, because anyone with access to it can sign in as you.

6. Subscription and payment

The free tier requires no account. Sun Terminal Pro costs 199 Thai baht per month, charged in advance, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see and never store your card number. If you pay by PromptPay, your access is granted for a fixed term and does not auto-renew; you must contact us to extend it.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us on LINE. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

Sun Terminal is for your own personal use. You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract our data; resell, redistribute or republish it; present it as your own; or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or that is being shared.

10. Availability and changes

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not promise any level of uptime. Data sources can fail or change their terms, and we may add, change or remove features at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for any trading loss, investment loss, lost profit, lost business or indirect loss arising from your use of Sun Terminal or from any error, delay or gap in the data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Pro features.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
